Yo bro...for the above issues :
1. The VISA thingy I guess mainly only affect visitors who holds SIN passports...most of rest of the nationality got to apply for VISA to get entry into mainly anyway..so I guess it doesn't really affect the tourist rate much.

2. For the increase TAX, aiyah u know where most of these $ goes to...so do u think these people will care about how many factories had or going to close down? Somehow or rather there will be new ones emerge in time...

3. These publications against drugs and prostituion is mainly to show some 门面功夫.But in true fact, like what Bro Sino says...if the local authorities really go hard on these raids and restrictions..then many many related industries will be affected & in turn the China economy as a whole.
