i nvr knew SBF hav a topic on vietnamese partner until now. i am some questions that i hope some of u gurus can help me. thks in advance.
I know of this vietnam gal in a KTV( the usual story) for abt 1 yr plus...there has been up and down and donno why, i fell deeper and deeper in love with her. Just as mentioned by many guys in this topic, $$ is a big problem in our relationship. She came from complicated backgrd(mum divorced, brothers gangsters, 1 in jail, 1 just came out, 1 small bro studying). She always in need of $ for mum medical, paying police in jail, personal expenses etc etc. Sometimes i really cannot tahan...not becos of the $$, but the way she "jack up the $$ need" and think that i donno.
I hav been to her hse in HCM twice..to chk out on her stories..most of them seems right. The 1st time i went, she was living in a very rundown wooden shack..but i dont really mind even though she say dont laugh at her hse. The 2nd time i went, she lived in a rented double storey townhse with 3bedrms and with karoke system
.. most prob by using the $ i "sponsored."
Anyway, i am thinking of marrying her...but she quoted on the condition that
her mum ar well taken of 1st before marrying me. She propose getting a hse for her mum so that she will not be renting hse anymore. She figure i will need ard 30-40k for a decent hse and some $$ left for her mum to start a small stall or something.
Can any gurus offer any advice on this?? I am quite sick of sending $$ everytime to her family, i hope by doing that, i will not be sending $ as often as of now. anyway i think she is quite frank with me, she said $$ works in vietnam, no $$ nothing can be done. if there is $ in love, she will gladly love him so that her family is well provided. and she warned me many many times that loving her will be very stressful but i still decide to go ahead.
by the way, is it possible for a foreigner to buy a hse or under my name? how much does a normal hse cost in HCM?? i dont really remeber the district name of her current hse cos it is off the HCM city map, but i do remeber it is quite near the RMIT university.
++btw i still need to Tx ard 2k for her rented hse...cos she said the hse rental is 7k for 1 yr..nabei. Her daily expenses now is "maintain" by loansharks and whenever i think of it.. i will hav headache..cos i noe i will be the 1 paying it.
