When you ROM with her in VN, it does not "officially" indicate her status and relationship with you in the eyes of ICA. It may help her cross the SG custom with better chance, but that's about it. I haven't made my ROM in VN yet so I dun know the leadtime. Ultimately I believe the gal is gonna stay with you in SG so no matter what plan you have do gives piority to SG first, as simply commented by bro Sha_Gua75.
It sounds to me you are trying to "lock down" her marital status first before yours, if those Qns are from you.
