My wife did her course at June's beauty School, my auntie who owns a beauty salon graduated from there.... 20 years ago very very famous sch...
now overshadowed by all the Jean Yip's la, marie france la......
BUT...good thing is school fees is just 40% of the modern ones.....
because my aunt told me one thing...
in the beauty line or hairdressing line, nobody gives a damn about where you got your cert from....you start from the bottom even if you top student...so studying and getting the cert is just the beginning so dun need to spend the 10 over k that these modern schools are charging....only the cert more beautiful.....
once you start working and get experience, then you can go for the internationally recognised beauty certs...its easier cos you already got experience...
4k the course fees at June's beauty...not really state of art equipments there but at least they teach a wide array of skills needed for elementary students to get a job...... different types of make-up, facial massage/wash techniques, manicure,pedicure, basics of skin types etc....
check whether she can get subsidy from 'HUA SE' or not if can, even cheaper......
