Well, If OKTs and WLs care about the age limit, they won't come out and earn liao. As for wearing a pass, it is like telling the whole world that they are pros. Who will want to wear?
If no punishment is meted to the users, they everybody can sex the underaged and lan lan say, 'the gal also want what!'
