I have managed to check on the website & made call to them, the number is (853)28881228, you do not need to check into Macau custom. Just buy the ticket at the airport there, then they will have express bus sent you to various town in Dongguan, but not CP (although schedule have but not updated) . Every half an hour departure to CA, and alight at Chang An Hotel. The fees is RMB120 for single trip, RMB200 for return, the journey is about 2.5-3hrs.
