I think the main concern is about cheating, not about being a WL. WL earn a living thru hard work, and we have to respect them for that hard work. I do agree that singaporean man are easy targets for these Viet WL. We grow up in a society that is well protected by the government. Little thing call police. Being cheated is a BIG thing. When i first went HCM City to do business, i was simply quite naive. I didn't know that doing business in HCM City is not that simple. I learnt my lessons hard in HCM CIty. But its also thru these lessons learnt that i managed to expand overseas into Cambodia and Myanmar. Complete trust in people is the last thing i will do now. We cannot blame local man for what they are, its the result of society .
