bro, many many ways la. If want to use pre-paid card, try CHAT CHAT card. If you are calling very often, try M1. By paying $5.35 a month, you can make unlimted calls to Vietnam LAN or Mobile at singapore local call rates, without IDD charge. Its clear and not troublesome like using prepaid. If you subscribe to M1 plans, you have free local call time every month and the call to Vietnam will be deducted from the free local call time first. Not too bad.
