There's loan for housing, properties and cars la bro. But what most people do is to use cash to buy the land, then mortgage to the bank to get cash, and take the cash to built the house. So no matter what, u still need around US$50k or more for a piece of land to build yr house on. As for cars, there's no 100% loan. If you can loan 50% and for 3 years, its already very good. banks in vietnam are still very conservative, they still need you to have a certain amount of cash or have something else that is valuable to mortgage to them before they will loan you.
