Honk Kong had a place called Fetish Fashion but the govt ran it out of business. What remains in HK is not worth talking about. Beijing's man in HK is a prude. You know, the guy with bow tie.
Anyway HK was very expensive and very British oriented SM which means lots of caning and little else.
