Whoever advertising such a course over here is gonna get that course provider audited by MOE and raided by AV tomorrow. TS, pls use your brain. You are only attracting people who are inexperienced. Experienced people will never want to tell you, but keep it a secret from you until you get that bloody pass by paying him heaps.
