Maybe you are right... i am not familiar... never use card in KTV....
but i remember one time when my supplier brought me to JA for happy happy... there was a surcharge of 13%.... maybe because he charged the MM tips and overnight tips into his card.... once charged... the JA manager will pass cash to MM... maybe 13% is for cash advance for MM... hehheheh...
