bro, lovejuice88, agree with your accurate assessment of Jess. Franklly one area lacking is her service is friendly and very professional rather than passionate. But then again, i found Christine L16H06 not very passionate at first. But surprise, surprise, on the 2nd RTF she became very responsive. So i guess it's all about time and $$$. BUt still, Jess service reminds me of the old GL Malaysian girls' service. Slow and steady, a well rehearsed routing, many "patterns", and no rushing. Must say the ML service has also dropped. Pity. I still prefer ML over PRC.
