It is a good strategy to find gal in JC/GL and then look for them in HCMC after they go back. But do not fly to HCMC together on same day. You can fly the next day but tell her to come in the afternoon so that you can enjoy the massage / hair wash awhile and get yourself relax and ready for an afternoon bonk once you meet her.
After that you can have a good tour guide all day and night till you leave. This is cheaper than finding FL in HCMC. But you have to remember to give the gal some $$$ when you leave.
