heard from a viet friend doing biz in HCMC that 20% of the population are rich. Base on this statistic,
20% of 86,116,580 = 17,223,316
so i can agree with bro Kualalumpur that most vietnamese are far wealthier than us Sillyporean (population of 5,000,000)
