The law is a bit hazy .. but, the employer has the right to file a civil case against the guy, as he is responsible, and in turn can sue for various causes, including stress, and 9 out of 10 times, the maid will arrow the guy who she has least feeling. Sometime, it maybe a bangla who got her pregnant, but she may arrow another poor fellow to safe the bangla. And the police will follow up on all leads, and will not hesitate to hang the poor fellow as show-case, and hang him dry, and if the police are really free- they can even investigate him for taking advantage of migrant workers. There are some laws to that extent ..
All you need to do is, make sure you get the right employer who is totally pissed, and a good lawyer, to make your life miserable ..
And your case becomes even bad if the maid commit some crime, like robbery or violence, and arrow you as the cause, and then good luck.
It has happened in the past, and even the recent indonesian maid murder case, the dead woman's second love, a filipino, had to give all graphic details in open court, such as how many time they made love, how many time he use protection .. and so and so .. and all, in the eyes of the prosecution, they were trying to prove the dead maid had no love for the bangla, but in turn - washing dirty laundry of the poor filipino guy in open court .. witness by public and newspapers..
Last but not least, in case the trapped maid accuse you of anal or oral sex - remember the "UNNATURAL SEX" law .. you just cant escape ..
