Comparision between H81 & Frangrance Hotel
Hi bro,

I believe all bros here have many experiences going hotel for short and overnight stay. Would like to find out do you have any bad experiences from the hotel? How do all brothers here grade between H81 & frangrAnce as compare to standard of service vs price.

I have an bad experience with H81. Have an transit booking during an night. Happily after want to check out. The reception say I have exceed 20 mins. I did take note the timing when I check in and sure the time did not exceed 20 mins. SO i tell the recep that I did not exceed much see whether can lower the charges. They insisit me to pay an hour rate with is $15. I ask why this is not mentioned when check in and they say it is understood. I told them this is your house rule how do we know. And why no call up when exceed time? I say there is too much to pay just exceed a while. I propose to pay $10. But they denied to accept and say no barganing. I mean I have stay hotel around the world and the rate can be negiotiate if they want to. I was pissed off and say I do not want to pay if they insist to collect the $15. I request to have an receipt on my stay in but they refused to give me. Cos I want to study the T&C. They do not want to give me. So I fedup and just left the hotel. This is my experiences.

Any brother would like to feeedback any similar experiences and what will happen on such actions? Any comments. And do you think such transit hotel is blood sucking on the overtime charges?
