Thanks fo rall comments and advice. I understand all this from. However, it is not matter of the $15. It about the fairness of the penalty they are imposing. As a consumer rights, I think they cannot charges based on their asumption. Yes, they can make us pay, But what is the role of the hotel as providing good services for unhappy customer? Take note they are in hospitality industry. So what is the ethnic?


I assume this is about civil issues. So will it end up in police case.. ha..
