Yeh Zi Mei is cat 100. So I think the OKT did not "cheat" me of the 20. He looked honest as I handed him 150 & he returned me 50. Now there are quite a lot PRC cat 100 around.

Yes I was abit cuntfused too on the various damages and checked with Shun Zi...she told me that CAT100 are those that downgraded from CAT150 and does not want to take an immediate drastic "paycut" to CAT80..I think this additional CAT100 was created for PRC only..
