The last time I went HCMC, my M1 phone bill was exorbitant due to the many sms and phone calls to my bx and Vn friends.

So I would like to seek all bros advice on whether anyone have experience of buying a Vn sim card, so that we can send sms and make phone calls at a much cheaper rate in HCMC.

If so, how much is the Vn sim card? And where to buy?
