My property agent barely got time to see his own daughter, while he is out there making sales... and this poseur got so much free time to log on sammyboy to post nonsense.

Good consultant where got so much free time? Just ignore him la, for all you know he is just a jobless 40yr old who is likes to get people worked up just to feel shiok.

Even if he really did make, $100k no big deal, just have to be lucky. My neighbour's kid who is 23yr old just made $89k in stock market (actual value, not paper value). For me... not so lucky so I still got to slog it out in the rat race like everyone else.

Anyway back on topic.

I just went to Mask51 after leaving Jazzy51.... many of them moved over from J51 but i don't like how smoky the inside of M51 become after 12mn.

After 1am even worse, boh zhenghu, both con gai and guys smoking inside the pub. Got this du ma guy next to my table chain-smoking. He sat down, and opened up a new pack of ciggys and from 11.30pm to 2.30am he finish all 20 sticks. Kaoz.

If only J51 can open till late... maybe we need to find a place to propose to move Little Vietnam to another place where the residents not so hardcore.

The band at J51 getting a little boring already... now when the singer comes to the microphone, 75% chance can correctly guess what song she/he will sing liao.

Overall the con gai situation quite stable... noticed a few new faces on wed and on Friday, young & fresh!
