My 2 cents worth after chionging in China so many years.
KTV girls
1. Are more sophisicated
2. Not so compromising.
3. Don't provide massage services, which means if you bring her back for short time, it is really fug and go.
4. cutomer service level- depends on your luck, possible to get a dead fish.
5. Overall expenditure is hgih (KTV room charges, mommy tips, watier tips, lady tips etc)
In-room massage girls
1. they are simpler and more down to earth, although may not as stunning looking as KTV gals
2. very compromising, because they are afraid that you reject them
3. at least provide some kind of massage
4. customer service level- they try their best to please you
5. overall expenditure is low
Some of us like KTV girls, while others like in-room massage girls. It's really your choice
