For restaurants around MBK/Siam Square area quite expensive and limited. Try Siam Square. A few restaurants over there. Massage places are all over BKK.
Oh remember to bring your baxa on a Chao Phraya river cruise dinner. It'll be very romantic and she'll love you deep deep if not already.
What a waste as you cannot cheong in BKK otherwise go for the soapy MPs on Ratchada.
