I've never read an FR in my life and you want me to sit down and wade through more than 3000 posts daily in order to search for FRs and then perform an FR rating exercise????
I'd have to hire a whole freakin' battalion of FR judges. You want to volunteer to pay their monthly salaries???
As for your points.. all I can say is that you have to learn how the real world works. People aren't rewarded for producing quality work in real life. Promotions and appointments in any organisation depend upon how well one forms "strategic alliances". Cyberspace is no different. You have to suck up to the right people and you have to do it in subtle manner.
If you go around begging for points or carrying balls, you'll get zapped even further.
