Beijing is different from Southern China. Shenzhen has a lot of HK visitors especially over the weekends, who will stay overnight at SPA centres. So most SPAs provide good quality overnight stays.
However, in BJ, good SPA centres are very expensive and I don't think they provide overnight stay. The cheap 洗浴中心 does provide overnight stay, but the standard is pretty low (meaning noT very clean and cozy). People from Tibets and Xinjiang stay at such places because they are cheap. Before the national day, the central gov banned all overnight stay at 洗浴中心. I suggest you look for some hotels to stay. Business hotels like 7 days, 如家，汉廷 are pretty reasonable price and decent place to stay. If you are coming as a family, you can also stay at condo hotels or service apts
