Xin loi, I beg to differ. Remember my last post in regards about whether I am ok to join you in bunker? Honestly speaking I had a very bad experience there.
Many years ago, one early evening at 5pm, I was waiting for a customer to go for dinner. Since it was a very hot evening and I was very early, I decided to have a quickie mug of beer. I don't why I pick this pub when I got the whole lot to pick from BS, BL, Cheery Sweet Angels V......... but I landed up choosing Bunker. When I step into the pub which just opened couple of minutes ago, I found that I was the only customer. I decided to seat at the front table. Immediately upon seating, the waitress came up to me and told me I cannot seat at any tables and have to sit at the counter. I told her I just want to have a drink and making a move in less than 1 hour. She told me without apologising that I must sit at the counter whether the pub is full or not because it is pub policy. I just say loudly in front of her 'Fxxk up service and policy and walk away.
Now a day, I only goes to V whenever possible, no matter how pack the pub is or I just drinking alone with 1 bottle of beer, the staff or the boss always make it a point to welcome us personally and they will go all the way out to try and find a seat for you even if it means joining other drinkers which I don't mind. They will only gave up and really apologise if they can't find any seat for me or friends. This is what I call customer service
