i can sumpah before king of hell i pcc 3 x 7 times normally a week, extra sometimes on weekends, and i do it for many many years.
Even go range practice, come back camp 1am, reveille 0515H, still must fap.
Ask your camp mate to match that. by the way , twice daily in camp , is he in BMT or already in unit? got difference u know....
