LOL... paisey, just relating what my friend did and potentially what I might do since my girl is studying in Hanoi and access to atm is easier.

Ok, here's another hearsay about sending money to VN. I heard that the operator of the Lor 42 coffee shop also does money courier to VN. No, I'm not joking. Seems like they have "people" in VN and what happens is that VBs will give them cash and then in VN, they will dispense the dong amount equivalent. Again, I just heard before, never send before.
