Bro Mark.. I believe that steam boat resto is called 鼎鼎香. There is also another North Korean restaurant in 东直斜外门 called海棠花. All the waitress and captain are from North Korea. We used to go there with a bunch of bankers and trying very hard to sianz the chio bu but they mostly need to get back to embassy quarter everynight...
Food prices there are reasonable... they have king crab and shashimi which is very good and fresh.
