Wanted ask bros who recently travelled to Vietnam (HCMC) or may know off hand

1) Is it cheaper to buy ciggarettes from Duty free (Changi or HCMC) or just buy in town area in HCMC

2) Which duty free is cheaper for alcohol Singapore or HCMC

3) Can get marlboro Ice blast in Vietnam (Or changi Duty free)

me and 2 kakis going to HCMC this coming weekend. would be fun to meet other samsters there, if around.
