The bad point about M1 021 is that during peak hours, it may not be that clear. Sometimes, it may even be difficult to call Vietnam during peak hours, you may need to redial a few times before getting thru. As for those calling SGP from Vietnam, Viettel offers cheap rates. I am not too sure of the rates, but calling from Viettel phone by dialing 0065- is much cheaper than mobiphone of vinaphone. Best of all, its clear too
