Bro, I got the same problem for about 1 month in Feb/Mar this year. I checked with SingTel and they said no problem while my gf checked with Mobi and they too said the same thing.
Worst is my gf got angry with me thinking that I started to take her for granted. I have to explain what I think for more than 1 week till she reluctantly accepted what I said. Problem is she sms my friend no problem while I sms her friend (Vina) also no problem. After that, she go get a Vina line just for communicating with me.
Now, mobi seems to able to receive my sms again on and off.
