The so-called 4 star hotel, is not so 4-star la..it is very run down was formerly built as apartments but converted to hotel in the 60s, the hotel is the one mentioned by Bro Farmmart and it is owned by Billy and he is a singaporean, he is very easy to spot, niddle age bald looking guy, who either hangs out at casa or belagio and u will know it is him cos even though how hard he tries to speak good english, the hokkien slang will always be there....

I heard the restaurant is also owned by another Singaporean and they serve chicken rice and $$$$$ there. Is this the same place we are talking about? Anyway, can you recommend a good place to stay? Thanks.
