2 way will cost you maybe < Rp200k.
What other bro said is ...but that one quite tedious to nego, 1 day rate around Rp 300k (+-petrol & meals) which not justify.

Bro, my experience with this meter idea in this kind of countries rule by Mr P is that there are few possibilities:
1. the meter will get "excited" some how, speeding.
2. taxi driver will really bring you for a stroll
3. still back to primitive = no meter. Have meter = no meter in the end
4. Lack of maintenance and checking = back to square one.
