I guess working and got caught one still can come in after ban, but then come in here with so-called boyfriend probably a bit difficult.
This girl I told you about, they let her comes in with her so-called bf the first time, then next trip she came alone and still declare him as so-called bf, then was summoned to the office for questioning and before she was sent back, they ask her "why u come here, you know you boyfriend is married, why come here and break the family", then issue here a refuse entry letter, and thats it ....
so still appying and appealing ,, they want many many documents, like household booklet, income declaration, etc and has to to fully translated into english, spent $300+ to translate at VN embassy. Now still pending.
3 case to share:
1. My bx's friend, while walking from home @ GL 40 to work @ M1, was caught by police and sent back within 4 days .... guessed to be banned entering here for the next 1 yr ...
2. I have a VB who's declared bf have some troubles with the police, so she was also refused entry.
3. I also have a VB who declared bf divorced already but the when they call her bf, they found out that his wife who is a thai ran away and is under seperation, not divorced yet, also refused refused entry.
Guessed you are the lucky chap and bring luck to ur VB, whereas others are not so lucky or fortunate .... cheers
