hahaha...work permit is a whole process by itself...really need to see if boutique or retail shop allowed to hire foreigner staff...also there is a ratio for approval ie how many local staff then can employ 1 foreigner...the approval process is under MOM and not ICA...now with the tightening of foreign worker much tougher unless the foreigner is under skilled and earned alot of salary...then apply S pass or employment pass liao...
