yeah, just found out about what PRC stands for a couple of minutes ago, sorry for wasting everyone's time. St Kilda covers a pretty huge area man, which one are you referring to ? it stretches out from right in front of art centre, all the way to that messy junction which will eventually leads you to Princess Freeway.
If you're referring to the streetwalkers, i think i saw a couple before and they're not as attractive as the ang mohs in the brothels one. and i mean really those auntie2 who cant make it one
