wo lao... the rental at q5 cost us 20million vnd a mth... its a 4 storey building but waste mah... only 1st floor for office and shop floor than 2nd no use... 3rd 1 small rm i slp n 4th 1 staff sleep... not utilising the money paid... at least at q8 8mill vnd also 4th floor but utilsing every corner as its much smaller... u also very bz mah... with NEW gers... lolz...
