Firstly, depends on what you and you ex-wfie negotiated and will translate into court documents .....
Secondly, depending on your lawyer to draft the copy and submit to court ...
Thirdly, after submission, depends whether the judge accepts the documents ...
Once done you will be issued the 'Interim Judgement' ... and then subsequently the 'Final Jugdement' and you are done deal ...... and then your name will appear in ICA as 'Divorced' when they do a search on your name.
Can;t share with you the exact time frame but is mine started July 07 and completed mar 08.....
