I really do not know Bro, as i mentioned in my post. That what she told me. To be honest i really not interested how she manage to get a house in D7. She just told me that she bought the house in D7 for 500MIL something (as to when i did not ask), cant remember the exact figure, but the condition was so bad, she had to rebuild it to make it a 2-storey house, it is very small and not side of the main road, abit far from D1, took us 120k dong by taxi to get there, and cross over 2 bridges.
The one in D4 was the parents bought it before her parents divorced 9 years ago. But i remember that she mentioned if only she can hold it for just one month after she sold D4 house she can make another 200mil extra.
Not that i believe her, these are the things she told me. I really have no clue why she telling me this, i just ask 'how much is this house worth'
