I also contribute a few:

- lack concept of time (late for 30min is normal. If they say they will arrive soon, it means another 15 min at least)
- don't use bank service

- they are very resistant to heat and humidity
- yet they are very afraid of sun and dark skin
- get motion sickness easily
- always ask you have eaten or not (an com chua?)
- if they speak chinese, they always pronounce "money" as "salty" in Chinese
