You might have to have a personal / bankers guarantee besides show money, letter of invite etc.
For some embassies your girl is expected to go through interviews with an officer after she clears her documentation. That can be a bit of a pain in the ass.
Try to get her visa 1 month before traveling. Last minute can be disappointing.
