If you have no choice, need to save a few days of precious leave then, no choice lah- sure go during the Aug Nat Day holiday as you rightly pointed out, in CP you spend most of the time indoor.
But if you have choice can go a anytime; then I will choose to go when the weather is more pleasant. hehe

I spend 351 days in Singapore living like a pauper so that I can live like a FAKE cashking for 2 weeks in CP.
And I am not alone (doing this). There are in fact many others who are like me; spending 3k every night at a KTV in CP, but after flying discount airline back to Singapore @4 am, we tried to save on the cab fare by waiting for the public bus. hehe
