Many Vietnamese gals think that they sure get PR if they marry higher educated Singaporean man, but this may not be that true. I know of a few degree holders Singaporean man who are unable to get PR for their Vietnamese spouse due to unstable income. Sometimes, blue collar may be even more eligible than white collar.
