Inside story is LFC board will accept the $237 million offer which is the current debt owing by LFC...... by accepting this offer, LFC will become debt free but the personal guarantee by the Yanks amount to $282 million - $237 nillion = $45 million.
Which means the Americans have to cough out $45 million on 15.10.2010.
