That is correct Bro, chemistry may be associated with relationship, and there are many kinds. Emotional, financial, physical and my fave.....sexual!

That would be getting treated well, being provided with reasonable service, apart from her physical attractions. And why?, because there is chemistry. Having chemistry with a WL or any person, IMHO, creates a sort of bonding or relationship. If in the case of a WL, it is then a sexual relationship.
This is exactly why, not all Bros get the same treatment from 1 particular WL. The service routine, yes, but once in a while I have noticed there is something different, something extra! It may not come over night but it will come eventually.
