I know a college student in VN. She told me the tuition is 2 billion dong (S$140) per semester but she could not afford it. She can borrow money from the bank at an interest rate of 6%. This is a very good deal because if she deposits the money in the bank, the interest rate is 11%. That means she can make a profit of 5%.
