While you are in the pub, you can discuss the price for ECA with her. If she agree with you, after her work she will come to you to go ECA. Unless somebody else offer better deal.

If she don't take up your offer, try next time since you already have her hp number.

Please tips her for the time she spend with you in the pub even if she do not agree to go ECA.

I have seen many Chao Kah who don't want to give even a $20 tip to the girl when the girl reject to go out with them after pub close.
