Went down to RCA earlier to check it out. And YES it is true, there is a Thailand Penthouse bikini strip show. It starts just before midnight, there are 5-6 models. First they catwalk on the stage in bikinis then around the club one by one, then there's a 10 minute interval, then the gals appear in groups of two or more on the stage and strip dance off the bikinis down to nipple stickers and g-strings. The whole show only lasts less than 30 minutes though. But at least I got to see such a show live for once in my life. The gals are not that bad either.

Also, the beer is VERY watered down. If you just wanna watch and not get high on alcohol, the beer will suffice. Else if you wanna drink something alcoholic, you're better off buying a bottle of Martel as then the promoters will stay and entertain you (note they will still do their rounds around the club).
