Bro, I think all options are available. The OKTs first offer to bring you to their girls. When you choose one, the girl will bring you to a nearby apartment. The apartment is small and very spartan, just a bed, a rice pot (in my case) and a bathroom. But it seems pretty clean. After you bang her, you pay her directly.
The fee is 150RMB, and seems to be quite standard judging from the other FRs in the Shenzhen threads. Out of this 150RMB, the WL I had said she gets 90RMB, while in other groups the girls may get only 70-80RMB. The rest goes to the OKT and the "mummy". It seems that though the rates have remained the same the last few years, the OKTs/mummies are taking a bigger cut ( according to other FRs, they used to take 50RMB and the girls 100RMB).
If you say no to visiting their girls, the OKT then offers to send a girl to your hotel room. So this means that hotel visits are OK. Not sure what the price is, but read in the threads that its around 200RMB for shorttime.
Interestingly, the 2 hotels I stayed in have lifts that go from the ground floor directly up to the room floors, completely bypassing the hotel lobby (which is on the 2nd or upper floor). Not sure if this design is deliberate to facilitate girls visiting you without the hotel's knowledge ( the "we don't know and don't want to know" excuse ).
Some hotels also offer 2-3 hours transit rates, so hourly hotels are probably OK too.
Finally, there does not seem to be a official time limit according to other FRs. I think this is probably true, as the girl I was with didn't seem to be clock watching. Anyway, it seems to me they have more girls than customers, so time is probably not an issue as long as you are reasonable.
